Liked the serving idea so sauteed onion with leftover brown rice and added toasted cumin seeds, grilled zuke with the fish and cooked some black beans. I used less onion and less chili as we don't like spicy. Very easy recipe, allow some time for chopping. i made this indoors so i broiled the salmon instead of bbqing it. i added baby heirloom tomatoes and substituted 1/2 of a jalapeno instead of a serrano pepper. this recipe is now a regular in our weeknight rotation.īrilliant dish. the salsa would be delicious with any kind of fish or chicken. they gobbled it all up and asked for more.
